You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash or PayMaya are processed within thirty (30) minutes on average during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. mapaladph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the mapaladph platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. mapaladph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering through the platform.

You may close your mapaladph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the mapaladph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
